So some things seem to be looking up.. my sleeping is once again amazingly messed up... i keep going to bed at like 8am... my new daily ruitien seems to be: wake up in the afternoon, get lunch/dinner, watch tv, come online, IM Diana and Chelsea and whomever else is online, update my gossip blog, listen to my ipod, jump around to music, IM Matt, go to bed.
I feel somewhat ok.. but i'm still depressed... but my gossip blogs doing good... i'm trying to get interviews with bands, so far it looks like i'm going to get an interview with a somewhat major band(major as in, they've been played on mtv)....

My birthday is next week... i've already blown most of the $1,000 my dad sent me, on clothing... clothing to make me feel better about how i look, even though it's not really the style i'd normally wear.... i feel the need to spend the rest of it on more cosmetic things, like hair extentions, because i really feel horrible about how i look.. even though my original plan was to buy concert tickets....
I'm having a birthday "party" at Pink Taco the day after my birthday... it's going to be rad-ish.. i guess.. then i think everyones coming over and sleeping over. haha though my mom isn't aware of that part.

I've been playing bass a lot lately.. I'm getting really good at it.

People are always so judgemental and like to lable and box people into certain stuff. "this is punk rock, this is hard core...ect".. But really what defines hardcore, what REALLY makes anything better than the other. And in the long run isn't it more "punk rock" to like something that might not be hardcore, because YOU like it, not because of what other people think about it?
I mean seriously... i pretended for the looonngggessst time(around a year and a half) to HATE Fall Out Boy..When really, deep down i liked their music.. and only their music.. It's really stupid that to be "hardcore" or "punk rock" or have respect from certain people, you have to hate certain bands.
I've been thinking about this stuff a lot since Saturday. I really had fun,and LOVED the FOB concert.. I feel REALLY REALLY REALLY terrible for ever saying that they were talentless and that Pete couldn't play the bass(he actually is a pretty awesome bass player).
And when i think about the time when i "Hated" FOB.. i actually never did hate them.. haha i always remember liking them.. but claiming not to... haha..
this whole blog is prob extremely confuzzling to anyone reading it(which would be no one), but yeah... I just feel bad. And i'm re-evaluating my stances on some lable centric, "punk", "hardcore", "emo", "scene", "prep", ect whatevr perspectives... i'm coming to the conclusion of FUCK IT.
